Tuesday Sushi Nights – Keddi sushi estek a Vietnámigulyásban
You may be used to us being far from average, but when it comes to gastronomic traditions, we bow our heads and follow the rules written by the ancestors. On Tuesday evenings in January and February, our hands are guided by the overriding precision and philosophy of Japanese culinary art. In this, Krisztián Huszár and Yusei Hokama are the masters.
Anyone who has seen Hokama and Krisztián work together knows that mutual respect, professional humility, and knowledge meet at times like these. It is a joy to watch the creation, every tiny movement. Their collaboration is quite extraordinary, as in many ways two completely different worlds meet, yet the final result is harmonious and refined.
Therefore, on Tuesday evenings, they prepare the sushi essentially at a "show counter" at our long table upstairs. Mostly nigiri, but maki will also be on the menu.
As usual, you can arrive from 18:00, service is continuous, and you can even watch up close as your own sushi is being prepared. It is important to note that on these Tuesday evenings, you can exclusively choose from the Japanese specialties; our regular menu will be taking a break.
